Assessment of Catastrophic Risks and Development of Contingency Plans for Continuity of Operations

The project consists on the implementation of a Catastrophic Risk Assessment and Contingency Plan Development programs for the continuity of operations.

The reports to be prepared under this project are:

• Full reports of FMEA analysis and value drivers for critical operational elements and potential events of major impact on mining operations;
• Individual continuity plans;
• Implementation of a computer program for monitoring critical systems for the management of catastrophic risks.
