Supervision of the Construction Works of Edifício 24

The Project comprises about 28,000 m2 of New Buildings (2 floors of parking with capacity for 213 cars, Commercial Area, 3 floors of offices, 6 floors with 51 apartments, Social Area and Vertical and horizontal Circulations.

CONSULTEC was responsible for the following services:

• Elaboration of the project of the drinking water supply network to the building
• Irrigation and fire networks;
• Drainage component of wastewater and rainwater;
• Supervision of the Work.
